Watch your electric meter run backwards. We are installing solar panels! Our planned 20kwh photovoltaic system will not cost you a penny. The costs are on us. The electricity generated will be yours. We can't guarantee the exact quantity but the system is sized to roughly offset your 2400 Sq Ft suite's usage.
We are looking for a tenant that appreciates the value of alternative energy, not just dollars and cents. We want you to participate in our public relations photos, etc (at no cost to you). Help us spread the word that we are progressive and that solar energy works!
